How long does it take to incorporate an LLC?
The incorporation time is of 10 working days.
Can I change the company name?
Yes. You can change your company name at any time for a fee.
How many shareholders are needed?
One shareholder is sufficient.
Can a company have 100% foreign shareholders?
Yes, but you have to verify in your home country whether this will affect your tax regime.
Do I have to come to Kosovo in person to register an LLC?
No. You only have to send us a scanned copy of your IDs.
